Yes, you will have the entire accommodation for yourself.

Yes, properties can be booked up to 30 days.

The person making the booking must be over 25 years old.

Depending on the booking, it is possible that a group of young people will not be accepted in the property. Please read the description carefully before making a reservation. Everyone above age of 25 is welcome to book a villa or boat with us.

Guest can modify or cancel their reservation with us.

You can find the cancellation policy under “Terms & Conditions “.

Cancellations or booking modifications generally have to be sent in written form via e-mail. Please include your booking reference and be aware of due cancellation fees.

To modify the reservation, please include all changes to the reservation (the number of people, names of guests, and/or another date of the holiday beginning or ending (needs to be reported at least 30 days before arrival). The first reservation change is done without any additional charge, if possible. Each subsequent change will be charged in the amount of 15 euros/change. In case that the reservation change is not possible, and the Guest gives up on the already confirmed reservation, the terms listed in Terms and Conditions are applied.

When you meet the host for key handover, walk through the property together and address potential issues immediately so the owner can fix them.

If you receive the keys in another way, please contact the host immediately.

Every property has a detailed description of its amenities that are included. If you have any additional request (crib, for example), please contact owner..

If you damage or break something at the vacation rental you are staying in, contact the property owner. If the damaged item needs to be fixed or replaced right away, the owner will advise you on how to proceed. Please note that the owner may retain some or all of your deposit to cover damages caused.

It is possible to pay for the stay with a bank transfer or cash.

You need to pay 30-50 percentage of the total fee up front at reservation, with the remaining percentage being paid 30 days before arriving.

A deposit is a down payment given in advance and kept by the property owner during your stay. The deposit is paid upon your arrival in cash; the amount will be communicated in the reservation confirmation.

The owner may use this money in case you cause damages to the vacation rental. If the damage exceeds the security deposit, the guest will cover the total cost of the damage.

If there aren’t any damages, you will get your full deposit back at the end of your stay.

The usual check-in time iz 4pm, while check-out is at 10am. However, you can directly discuss personalized check-in and check-out times with the owner. If this is the case, you can find this information in the Terms and Conditions  the web page listing.

A week before your arrival, communicate with the owner to discuss when and where you can pick up the keys or follow the instructions given in your booking details. Owner will greet you upon your arrival and give you keys in person. It works the same way for returning the keys to the rental owner at the end of your stay.

When traveling, we recommend that you:

  • Always travel with your ID.
  • Bring your booking confirmation.
  • Bring your personal liability insurance details in case of an accident.
  • Check for possible covid-test alerts

Having this information at hand will save you some time and stress in case of a problem.

Please note that cleaning fee is usually included in the price. However in some cases owner  may ask for additional cleaning fees, and that information is clearly marked. Please refer to the booking details for more information.

Yes, if there is sufficient room in the villa. If there is a per guest or bedroom rate, you will be charged fort he additional costs.

The beaches in Malinska are a short drive away.

Dogs are allowed only in ground floor at an extra charge of €15  per  day and strictly on a pre booked basis
